As the oldest sister of 6 siblings I am programed with an ability to stay focused in chaos. In fact, one might say I thrive in chaos- it feels like home to me.
I am drawn to roles that involve people interaction. I thrive on building strong relationships, understanding needs, and building innovative, inclusive solutions.
The most important lesson I have learned in my career:
Most people are NOT great communicators.
When we take time to develop trust and transparency in communication, we avoid hiccups or negligence that lead to delays and mistakes. Let’s work together to limit confusion and stress that are often the root cause of “difficult” stakeholder interactions.
